To forge a "Strong, Memorable Brand" for a unisex salon that transcends the typical beauty parlor aesthetic. The challenge was to merge the grit of a barbershop with the elegance of a salon, while simultaneously launching a tech-forward booking platform.
02 / The Solution
We engineered a "Cyber-Industrial" identity. The visual language is aggressive, modern, and dark-mode native, positioning the brand as a premium, high-tech grooming destination.
1. Logomark Mechanics
Dual-Gender Emblem: The "O" in the logotype is replaced by a circular crest integrating a bearded male profile and a female profile in negative space. This iconography instantly signals "Unisex" without using text.
Typography: We utilized a custom futuristic display typeface. The characters are blocky with angular cuts, resembling stenciling or sci-fi industrial markings, which conveys precision and modernity.

2. Color & Texture System
Primary: Crimson Red (R212 G26 B39). A high-octane accent color used to drive attention and denote importance (e.g., CTA buttons, logo accents).
Base: Carbon Grey (R106 G106 B106) & Black. A monochromatic foundation that creates a premium "Dark Mode" environment. The background textures utilize a carbon-fiber mesh pattern to add depth.
Contrast: Off-White (R235 G236 B236) is used for typography to ensure maximum legibility against the dark canvas.

3. Digital Product (UI/UX)
Mobile Booking App: A fully integrated reservation system. The UI features a unique "Visual Seat Selection" module (similar to cinema booking), allowing users to reserve specific chairs. It includes flow for branch selection, user authentication, and appointment management.
Web Experience: A high-impact landing page featuring dark aesthetics and service highlights (e.g., Hair Smoothening packages). It integrates location mapping to direct traffic to the nearest physical branch.

4. Collateral Application
Stationery: A professional suite (Letterhead, Business Cards) utilizing the gender-silhouette emblem as a large, subtle watermark to maintain brand recall without clutter.
Apparel: Staff uniforms consist of black tees with the logo placed on the heart, reinforcing the minimal, industrial crew aesthetic.

/ The Verdict
A cohesive "Phygital" (physical + digital) brand experience. SULLON is established not just as a salon, but as a tech-enabled grooming hub. The distinct visual identity separates it from competitors, while the custom app solves the operational friction of queue management.
